1. Who is responsible

EA Studio at ea.viprasol.com is operated by Viprasol Tech Pvt Ltd, Julana, Haryana, India. This policy covers this website and the enquiries and project conversations you have with us through it.

2. Information we receive

• Enquiry details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, selected trading platform, strategy message.
• Follow-up conversations: requirements, approved specifications and information you choose to share during email or WhatsApp discussions and project support.
• Technical information: our hosting service records access and error logs, which may include your IP address, requested page, access time and browser information. Providers described below may also receive connection and device information.

The form has no file upload and does not collect payment-card details. Please do not include passwords, API keys, account access credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in your message. Only share other people’s details if you are authorised to do so.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required to send the form and help us respond. If you prefer, you can contact us directly by email. You do not need to submit an enquiry to browse the site.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to respond, clarify trading rules, prepare a written proposal, agree deliverables and communicate about your request. If you become a client, we also use relevant information to develop, test, deliver and support your EA, maintain business records and resolve disputes.

Technical information and spam checks help keep the site available, troubleshoot problems and protect the enquiry service from abuse. Your contact permission relates to your enquiry; it is not permission for unrelated marketing.

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the purpose: taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract; legitimate interests in responding, securing the service and keeping necessary records; legal obligations; or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional contact by contacting us.

4. Services that process information

Information may be accessed by the Viprasol team handling your enquiry or project and by providers needed to operate the website and our communications.

• Web3Forms: your browser sends your form details to Web3Forms over HTTPS for forwarding to support@viprasol.com. Submission stays on this site and uses an invisible honeypot for spam protection instead of a CAPTCHA. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Email and hosting: our email provider processes and stores messages sent to our support inbox. Our hosting provider serves the site and processes technical logs.
• WhatsApp: clicking a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp. If you send a message there, WhatsApp processes it under its own terms and we receive the conversation through our business contact. Read the WhatsApp privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google, which receives network requests including your IP address and browser information. Read the Google privacy policy and terms.

We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Viprasol is based in India, and service providers may process information in other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

5. Cookies and tracking

After a successful enquiry, the site stores a temporary receipt in your browser session, containing a random identifier, a timestamp and whether a conversion has been counted. It contains no name, email address, phone number or strategy. This confirms the thank-you page and prevents ordinary reloads from counting the same enquiry again. Where session storage is unavailable, the same receipt is held in the tab’s window name. The receipt is used for up to 30 minutes.

Google Ads conversion tracking is prepared but inactive while its configuration contains placeholders. When enabled, it measures confirmed form submissions and WhatsApp link clicks, not the content of your message. We do not include your form details in these events. The integration defaults to denied advertising and analytics storage and denied advertising personalisation; Google may still receive limited event and connection information without advertising cookies. Any change to consent settings or tracking practices will be reflected here.

External services such as Google and WhatsApp may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Browser settings can restrict storage, although this may affect external services.

6. Keeping and protecting information

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to handle the request, provide the agreed service and support, and meet relevant record-keeping or legal needs. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project, ongoing support and any unresolved dispute. You can request deletion using the contact details below; some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law.

Copies in our support inbox and project records are separate from provider processing. Provider copies and backups are subject to the relevant provider’s policies; see the Web3Forms privacy policy for its practices.

The website and form submission endpoint use HTTPS to protect information in transit. No online system or email service can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending credentials or other information we do not need to discuss your requirements.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

To make a request or stop enquiry follow-up, email support@viprasol.com with the subject “EA Studio privacy request”. Tell us the contact details used for your enquiry and what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and it may not require deletion of records we must keep for other lawful reasons.

We will update this page when our relevant practices change and show the revised date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
